These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any services you engage us to provide. By submitting a contact form or entering a project agreement, you accept these terms.
Fees & payment
All fees are fixed-price and stated in the written proposal before work commences. We do not bill hourly. The total fee is agreed and confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Payment terms are stated in the project agreement. For institutional clients, purchase order and invoice billing is available.
Prices are stated exclusive of VAT (KDV) where applicable. Turkish residents and entities are subject to applicable KDV.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables produced specifically for their project: code, reports, and written materials. AnalyticsScholar retains no licence to use client-specific deliverables.
General methodological approaches, reusable code components, and frameworks developed independently remain the property of AnalyticsScholar. All resources on this website (guides, glossary, calculators) are published under a Creative Commons Attribution licence unless otherwise stated.

All client data, research materials, and project communications are treated as confidential. We do not share, publish, or reference client project details without explicit written consent.
For academic projects: our contribution is acknowledged in accordance with the collaboration agreement. We do not accept ghost-authorship arrangements.
Limitation of liability
AnalyticsScholar provides analytical and methodological services. Decisions made by clients on the basis of our work are the client's responsibility. We are not liable for downstream decisions, outcomes, or losses arising from the use of our deliverables.
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific project in which the error or omission occurred.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes arising from a project engagement will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Where resolution is not possible, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
For clients in the EU or UK, applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction are not affected by this clause.
