What we collect

When you use our contact form or book a consultation, we collect: your name, email address, institutional affiliation, and the content of your message. We do not collect payment information directly — any payment processing is handled by our payment provider.

Our website uses session cookies strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts.

We do not collect data from visitors who browse without submitting a form.

02

How we use it

We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to send you a project proposal or consultation confirmation. We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise commercialise personal data.

03

Data sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil a service (e.g., video conferencing platform for a consultation) or where required by law.

Our server infrastructure is hosted within the EU. Data is not transferred outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards.

04

Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months to support ongoing project correspondence. Project-related communications are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 3 years for contractual and legal purposes.

You may request deletion at any time by writing to [email protected].

05

Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable Turkish data protection law (KVKK), you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure; object to processing; and request restriction of processing.

To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
